At Energy Online, we can invoice you up to the date of your actual meter reads.  If your meter can be accessed by our meter readers each month, this means no more estimation! 

Our meter readers will still continue to read your property at the same time each month, we'll just send you a bill shortly after the meter is read and you'll still get the same amount of time to pay.  If you're not being invoiced to meter readings and would like to be, please contact our Customer Care Team.

You can log onto My Account, our online service designed to make managing your account easier.  You can select to receive invoices by email, view your account history and enter meter reads.

Often on farms, you may have an electricity meter or meters that are only used seasonally; this could be your irrigation pump or the shearers’ quarters on your farm. You may find that it is cheaper to have a technician visit your property and disconnect the electricity supply for the off season and then have it reconnected again in time for use.  Click here for more information.
