Receive your invoice by email

 

Now you can choose to have your Energy Online invoice delivered by email rather than post.  You'll get the same information without the clutter of physical mail to sort and file.  Best of all, by saving paper you’ll be helping the environment too.

So if you’d like to reduce the amount of paper in your life and make a difference to the planet, here's how you can make the change:

  • If you've already registered, you can log onto My Account and select to receive all future invoices by email.  If you'd like to register for My Account, click here.
  • Call our Customer Care Team on 0800 086 400; please have your customer number and email address handy
  • Email us your customer number and the email address you'd like your invoices to be sent to help@energyonline.co.nz
