Did you experience a full power outage on Monday 9th August?

For those of you who experienced full power cuts on Monday night, we’ll be adding a $50 account credit to your account. We’re currently working with local lines companies to identify impacted customers and we’ll be applying these credits automatically in the next few days – there’s no need for you to do anything.
