1. Direct Debit

The easiest way to pay. Just set it, forget it, and guarantee your 20% Prompt Payment Discount1 every month. Go to My Account to set up recurring payments.

2. Reliabill

We’ll take fixed payments from your bank account to help make budgeting easier. You can choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly and we’ll check your payments each year to ensure you’re not paying too much or too little. 3. Credit Card

Set it up to cover your full monthly power bill and guarantee your 20% Prompt Payment Discount1.

You can easily pay your bill via your credit or debit card and set up recurring payments via our Mobile App or in My Account. We won’t even charge you a credit card fee. Nice.

4. Automatic Payment

Similar to Reliabill but you’ll decide the amount you want to pay each week, fortnight or month. To get the 20% Prompt Payment Discount you’ll need to ensure the payments are enough to clear your full monthly power bill. Details to provide to your bank are:

5. Internet Banking

Pay at NZ Post Shops – remember to take your Energy Online power bill as they’ll need the barcode at the bottom. You can also mail a cheque to:
